Duties and Responsibilities of Plan Program Budget Preparation, Implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation Directorate

  1. Coordinating the preparation and elaboration of strategic plan.
  2. Ensuring the linkage between the strategic plan performance result and program budget.
  3. Monitoring and evaluating program budget implementation on the basis of planned programs, projects and major activities.
  4. Monitoring and evaluating the directorates’ performance reports.
  5. Preparing and consolidating the quarterly and annual physical performance and Program budget execution reports and its delivery on time.
  6. Organizing and documenting the quarterly and annual plans and performance reports.
