      Major Duties and Responsibilities of IBEX/IFMIS Project Office:

  • Overseeing all aspects of the Implementation of the Integrated Financial Management Information System (IFMIS) throughout the nation, including change management and quality assurance;
  • Providing central support for IFMIS and IBEX (Integrated Budget and Expenditure Management System) systems across the country;
  • Providing  Capacity building and  end-user training on IFMIS and IBEX systems;
  • Overseeing the implementation of the woredaNet Connectivity of Federal and Regional Public Bodies and Finance Offices (BoFEDs, RSBs, ZoFEDs, and WoFEDs) throughout the nation, to allow for a centralized and distributed utilization of the PFM systems
